Steve is Executive Chairman of Prodigy Investment Partners and holds 20% of the issued equity of the manager. He has been involved in the Australian financial services industry for over twenty five years and brings a broad range of experience to Prodigy, most prominently gained through his role as Chief Executive Officer of MLC from 2004 until 2013. As CEO, he had responsibility for MLC, NAB Private Wealth and JB Were.

Lewis has worked in the investment management industry since 1986 and brings a substantial amount of operational, risk and compliance experience to Prodigy. Prior to joining Prodigy, Lewis worked for multi boutique firm Perennial Investment Partners for 11 years where he was CEO for 2 years and COO for the preceding 9 years. Lewis has previously also worked at Invesco and County Investment Management.

Tom Reddacliff - Consultant│Sales and Marketing 
Tom Reddacliff has 23 years of experience in the financial services market, working in product, marketing, retail, corporate, sales and advice at MLC, Russell Investments and in his own consultancy. From 2008-2014 Tom was Managing Director of Godfrey Pembroke Limited and the General Manager of MLC’s broader self-employed financial advice network. In 2011 Godfrey Pembroke won the Core Data “Best Reputation” award and in 2012 Garvan and Apogee were the Core Data leading two licensees in the market. Tom currently runs his own consulting business, with Prodigy as a key client. Tom focuses on Prodigy’s marketing and sales approach into the financial advice sector.

Guy Ballard – Director Distribution                                                                
Guy has worked in Financial Services for over 15 years.  After several senior sales positions in the commercial retailing sector, Guy started with BT Financial Group in 2001.  In his time at BT, Guy had responsibility for key accounts in the Independent Financial Advice market across both asset management, platforms and margin lending.  He moved to MLC in 2006 to focus on driving their business growth and client satisfaction in the retail market.  Guy’s key roles in his time at MLC covered Platform distribution, strategic account management, and research relationships, with his last role having national responsibility for strategic accounts.  Guy joined Prodigy in 2016 and is focussed on increasing FUM across our boutiques, and management of key strategic accounts.
